Meet The Founder
Mike Gillerman is a keynote speaker, facilitator, neuroinclusion specialist and learning designer with over 20 years experience helping leaders, teams and organizations communicate, learn and collaborate more effectively.
After receiving his own ADHD diagnosis in 2021, Mike began coaching late-diagnosed leaders. That work naturally expanded into partnerships with mission-aligned organizations, higher-education institutions, and startups to design and lead talks and trainings that ensure neuroinclusion isn’t just performative or an afterthought, but a meaningful part of how organizations approach learning and development.
He is especially passionate about ensuring that the people who often fall through the cracks of traditional systems (the organizational outsiders) have their voices included in the conversation.
Before moving into learning and facilitation, Mike spent over a decade as a graphic designer and brand strategist, helping organizations simplify their visual identity and communicate their message more clearly. He then spent the next decade designing and leading live experiences as an event organizer, team-building host, facilitator, and public speaker before transitioning into corporate learning and development.
