My Story

For the longest time I wasn’t living up to my potential. I worked hard, was a high performer at jobs and in school and was naturally gifted but my distractibility, focus issues and consistently inconsistent follow through kept holding me back from reaching my goals and advancing in my career.

Even worse, I felt like I shouldn’t be struggling because I knew what I was capable of. This led to years of high stress, social anxiety, responsibility overload, hyper-sensitivity, burnout and constantly feeling like I had to hide my issues from other people and not ask for help.

It wasn’t until discovering my ADHD later in life and learning about twice exceptional traits that I understood why the years of therapy and reading personal growth books and implementing their strategies hadn’t produced the results I expected:

🎮 Why I could play video games all weekend long but doing chores felt impossible

🗓️ Why planning, prioritizing and goal setting always seemed like such a hassle.

🖥️ Why I always had 30 + browser tabs open at once.

▶️ Why I could start SO MANY THINGS but finishing them….that’s a different story!

Now as an ADHD coach and facilitator I use what I’ve learned in my own journey (plus a decade of mindfulness & meditation practice) to help other ADHDers take control of their mind and live up to their brilliance.
